CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

The Orders once placed shall be eligible for cancellation only within a period of 2 days from the date of placement of order. The request for cancellation shall be made to the website within the stipulated time. In the event of the cancellation of order the amount paid under the invoice shall be refunded in the source bank account within a period of 7 days of cancellation.

Returns

In an unlikely event, we are happy to offer a 10-day return policy in which any product not damaged or in the same condition as you received it keeping aside any manufacturing defect will be considered.Sale items, products with discounts applied, and gifts are not covered under the return policy unless a product defect is found.

To process a return/exchange, simple steps are to be followed:

A video would be necessary on the part of customers while unboxing the products for smooth returns. Without the video, the products will neither be exchanged nor amount refunded.

Any damages that occurred during the transit must be bearing Shree Jewellers tag for identification. No damage and alteration to the product after tag removal will be accepted.

All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-refundable and can only be exchanged or returned for manufacturing defects. The shipping charges have to be borne by the customer itself.

Refund

Please note the following important process, once you have initiated a return:

1. After the promising exchange of images and videos of the product, you will send your package with the related ingredients on this address Shree Jewellers,near Arora Dari, F3-375 Sultan puri, Delhi 110086, via post or any other courier services within 4 -7 business days (Sundays not included).

2. Once the pickup is in process maximum of 3 attempts from the courier service will be provided for it and in any case, the pick-up is canceled by the customer additional charges can be levied.

3. For Prepaid Orders,oncewe receive the items, the amount of the products will be refunded via the original payment mode used by the customer (Credit card, Debit Card, or Bank account) within 7 business days.

4. A period of 12-15 business days must be allowed for the entire return process to be completed.
